Established in Austin in 2012, the restaurant was created to introduce authentic Japanese ramen culture to Texas through carefully crafted broths, fresh noodles, and traditional preparation methods. What began as a single ramen shop has grown into multiple locations across Texas while maintaining its focus on Japanese soul food and high-quality ingredients.
