About Andrew Barnes

Andrew currently serves as a Vice President at DUWEST where he specializes in tenant representation. Andrew’s current focus is the growth of the DUWEST tenant representation platform assisting national, regional, and local clients with expansion strategy throughout Texas. Prior to DUWEST, Andrew worked at DBA Commercial Real Estate, a full-service brokerage firm where he worked on the tenant representation team. Prior to DBA, Andrew worked at Lincoln Property Company where he worked hand-in-hand with tenants on implementation and execution of growth strategy while also assisting on leasing and development projects throughout Lincoln’s portfolio. His clients included Mint Dentistry, Public Storage, Dunkin’, H Tea O, Wendy’s, Kiddie Academy, PF Chang’s, Pediatric Associates, SOVA Hospitality, Ramrock and Provident Reality, among others. Andrew started his career in 2016 at CBRE (Dallas) where he represented both franchise and corporate tenants while establishing relationships with national, regional, and local clients. While at CBRE, Andrew worked with tenants such as Starbucks, Chipotle, and Potbelly to name a few. Andrew attended Texas A&M University where he received his degree in Economics. Andrew is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
