About Catherine Johnson

Catherine Johnson is a Dallas native with deep roots in the local community. She joined DuWest in June 2026 as an associate on the leasing team, where she is dedicated to building strong client relationships and delivering results across a range of retail leasing projects. Prior to joining DuWest, Catherine interned on the leasing team at SHOP Companies in Dallas. She brings a background in sales and marketing, having worked across the manufacturing and retail industries. Catherine holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia and an MBA from SMU's Cox School of Business. During her time at SMU, she was an active member of the SMU Real Estate Club. Outside of the office, Catherine enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and exploring new restaurants around Dallas.
