Evan Ketabchi is a Partner and Executive Vice President at DUWEST based in San Antonio, Texas, where he also serves as the San Antonio Market Leader. Since joining the firm in 2014 and becoming a Partner in 2017, Evan has played a key role in the firm’s growth and market presence. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation across San Antonio, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley, advising clients on strategic leasing decisions and market positioning. Evan represents a range of institutional and private clients, working with some of the state’s most notable landlords, including Crow Holdings, H-E-B, and Perform Properties, as well as several prominent local investment and development groups. Prior to joining DUWEST, Evan was with CBRE, where he advised national, regional, and local retailers and landlords by providing market analysis, evaluating conditions and trends, and developing tailored execution strategies.
