About Felix Saenz

Felix is a Vice President at DUWEST, where he advises owners, investors, and developers on retail and land brokerage throughout North Texas. Before joining DUWEST, Felix spent three years at Leon Capital Group, where he worked in multifamily acquisitions and development. There, he worked on projects totaling more than 1,200 multifamily units across various stages of the development cycle and gained an understanding of how sophisticated capital evaluates opportunity, underwrites risk, and makes disciplined real estate decisions. Felix entered the real estate industry at Venture Commercial Real Estate, where he focused on the acquisition and disposition of retail, multifamily, and mixed-use land development sites. Prior to Venture, Felix taught Latin in Dallas-area public high schools. He holds a B.A. in Classical Languages and Literature from Baylor University, with a minor in Philosophy. Felix is a member of Peak Street Church in Dallas and volunteers with Men of Nehemiah.
