Fressia is the Director of Operations at DUWEST where she oversees daily operations and supports the company’s continued growth through strategic planning, organization, and team collaboration. With over 12 years of experience in operations, executive support, and real estate administration, she is known for creating efficient systems, managing complex projects, and helping teams stay connected and productive. Since joining DUWEST in 2021, Fressia has played an integral role in streamlining operations, coordinating company initiatives, and supporting executive leadership. Fressia is a Texas Tech graduate and a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent; she brings a strong passion for operational excellence and people-focused leadership to her role. Outside of work, Fressia is a wife and proud mom of two boys. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and exploring coffee shops around the city.
