About Michael Toppel

Michael joined DUWEST through the merger between DBA Commercial Real Estate and DuWest Realty where serves as a Senior Associate. He currently specializes in third party landlord representation and tenant representation. Prior to joining DBA, Michael worked at Henry S. Miller as part of their retail brokerage and property management team where he focused on project leasing, third party landlord representation, and tenant representation. In his previous role, Michael was responsible for project leasing over 500,000 square feet of Henry S. Miller retail assets and worked with such landlords as Petro Hunt, Newport Capital Partners, Reserve Capital and Kalterra Capital Partners amongst others. Michael attended the University of Arizona where he majored in Business with a focus in Managerial Economics. Michael is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). In his free time, Michael enjoys working out, golfing, and spending time with his wife Mandi and son Tommy.
