About Scott Rodgers

Scott serves as Managing Partner at DUWEST, leading the firm’s brokerage, leasing, and land teams across Texas. He oversees more than 500 properties comprising +10.5 million square feet of retail real estate and land throughout the Southwest United States. With a focus on land development and shopping centers, Scott works alongside leading national and regional ownership groups, including Perform Properties (Blackstone), Crow Holdings, Weber & Co., Greenway Investment Company, and Provident Realty. Scott joined DUWEST in 2010 as the firm’s original leasing associate, and has been instrumental in the company's leadership & driving growth since its inception. He has been involved in numerous large-scale developments, including Watters Creek Village, Presidio Towne Crossing, Preston Hollow Village, Las Palmas Marketplace, and Alamo Ranch, among others. Over the course of his career, Scott has completed more than 1,000 lease, sale, and development transactions, representing over $1 billion in total consideration. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Scott resides in Dallas with his wife and their three young children.
