About Tim McNutt

Tim serves as Senior Vice President at DUWEST. Tim’s current focus is the leasing and growth of the DUWEST retail portfolio as well as assisting tenants expanding throughout Texas. Prior to DUWEST, Tim worked for 8 years at DBA Commercial Real Estate where he was instrumental in the growth of the company's leasing portfolio topping out at over 2 million square feet at the time of the merger. He managed a team of four leasing agents handling day-to-day operations. Prior to DBA, Tim worked for Bright Realty, a development company based in Lewisville, TX. In his role as a Vice President, Tim worked on the leasing of Bright’s commercial properties and land sales as well as third party leasing and tenant representation. Tim attended the University of Texas Dallas where he received his degree in Business Administration and Political Science. Tim is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). He lives in Frisco with his wife and three children.
